Formed by Eliot B. Barnett, Tod A. Ruble and Blaine Lee, Harvest Partners is a specialized commercial real estate development firm created to focus on the identification, development, and/or re-development of high density mixed-use urban development opportunities with a concentration on retail. Bob Baker joined Harvest in 2005 as the partner lead for leasing and merchandising.
The partnership has over a century of experience in the acquisition, development, leasing, finance, design and construction, and repositioning of commercial real estate, concentrating on retail development/redevelopment, office, multifamily residential, and mixed use developments. Harvest Partners is a result of working relationships developed over the past twenty years. Eliot Barnett, as a principal of his own real estate development and acquisition company since 1987, completed the development of over four million square feet of shopping centers, approaching $500 million in transaction volume. Tod Ruble recently acquired/developed office and retail projects of +/- $150 million, and has completed over $700 million of transactions. Blaine Lee, a licensed architect, has been in the design and construction business in Dallas since 1968, managing the design and construction activities for LeeTex Construction, Turner Construction Southwest, and Sapphire Properties. Bob Baker has 22 years of retail real estate experience, most recently as Executive Vice President/Director of Leasing for Madison Marquette. He led teams on 14 shopping centers totalling 8 million square feet which included ground up , re-development and re-merchandising of various retail product types. Together, the partners have completed well over 18 million square feet of development projects in their careers.
