Tod Ruble’s twenty-two year real estate career has spanned real estate investment banking, acquisition, and development of commercial, retail, and multifamily projects. Harvest Partners is the manifestation of Mr. Ruble’s 22 year real estate career focused on the origination, conceptualization, and capitalization of large-scale real estate projects. As a Co-founder and Partner of Harvest Partners, Mr. Ruble’s emphasis is on identifying emerging retail/mixed use trends and applying these principles in successful institutional quality projects for Harvest and its captive capital partners. Additionally, Mr. Ruble is responsible for the identification of opportunities and capital structures of each Harvest development. Harvest relies on Mr. Ruble’s extensive capital contacts gathered through the history and placement of debt and equity as a principal of Greenwood Investment Partners / Cambria Capital Corporation.
Mr. Ruble has completed transactions with G.E. Capital, Invesco Realty Advisors, Transwestern Investment Corporation, Prudential Real Estate Investors, Heller Financial, NYSTERS, C.S. First Boston, Nomura, Torreon Capital (Fortress), Guaranty Federal Bank, Southtrust Bank, Bank of America, Washington Mutual, Fuji Bank, Freemont Investment & Loan, Westbrook Partners, CNL, BRT Realty Trust, Regency Realty, AMREIT and others.
Mr. Ruble attended The University of Texas at Austin. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He currently resides in Dallas with his wife Angela and their two children.
